Clinical Counselor

This position delivers clinical counseling services and community supports to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, adhering to the Texas Recovery and Resilience Model and state standards. The role focuses on providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It involves conducting face-to-face assessments, crisis interventions, and offering consultation to staff while maintaining a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach.
