Clinical Data Management Lead

This role is responsible for managing data management, coding, and CDD/DAP aspects across multiple clinical studies and projects within the Novartis Global Drug Development organization. The position serves as a strategic partner to stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution of drug development plans with high-quality, timely deliverables. The role involves leading functional activities, coordinating data management teams, and representing Data Operations in audits and inspections. It also focuses on implementing scalable training models and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices and data-handling guidelines.
