About this role

The Clinical Development Director will lead early phase clinical development of cardiometabolic and general medicine therapeutic candidates, overseeing protocol design, study start‑up, data review, monitoring and analysis from first‑in‑human through proof‑of‑concept. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams and external experts to shape development strategies and support regulatory and partnership activities.

Responsibilities

Lead early phase clinical development from first‑in‑human to proof‑of‑concept
Design and implement early clinical development strategy for cardiometabolic candidates
Prepare clinical development plans, study protocols, and regulatory submissions
Review and evaluate safety, efficacy, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic data
Collaborate with internal and external experts to guide early development programs
