Clinical Director - Residential Programs

This role provides oversight of clinical services across FSRI's residential intervention programs serving youth ages 13-20, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. The position involves supervising clinicians, maintaining fidelity to the TST model, and building relationships with community organizations and the Department of Children, Youth and Families. The Clinical Director also assists with program development, carries clinical cases as needed, and participates in emergency crisis intervention.
