This dual operational and clinical role ensures clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth while maintaining a limited direct therapy caseload for continued expertise. The position involves mentoring clinicians, developing best practices, and partnering with senior leadership to drive evidence-based care across multiple states.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for the Speech-Language Pathology department
Develop and implement clinical protocols and departmental policies
Lead cross-departmental initiatives for multidisciplinary collaboration
Oversee quality assurance and clinical integrity across regions
Mentor Speech-Language Pathologists and conduct professional development trainings

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyDoctoral degree in Speech-Language PathologyCCS-SLP certificationState licensure in AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, or VA5 years of clinical experience as a licensed SLP
