Clinical Director

The Clinical Director provides direct oversight of the facility's Clinical Department, managing staff hiring, supervision, and evaluation while directing the implementation of clinical programs. This role ensures the daily operations of patient assessment, psychosocial treatment, and discharge planning are conducted effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also involves providing clinical training, crisis response, and supporting program growth and quality improvement initiatives.
