Clinical Director

The Clinical Director provides leadership and oversight for all therapeutic services and programs at Youth Haven's group home, ensuring care is trauma-informed, individualized, and compliant with regulations. This role involves collaborating with residential, educational, and behavioral health teams to promote the safety, stability, and successful transition of children and youth. The position requires direct supervision of the Shelter Management Team and ensures high standards of clinical documentation and treatment planning.
