About this role
The PRN Clinical Documentation Specialist at Wellstar is responsible for reviewing and improving the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation to reflect patient severity, outcomes, and appropriate reimbursement. The role collaborates with physicians, coding teams, and clinical staff to support Clinical Documentation Improvement efforts across the hospital on a concurrent, prospective, and/or retrospective basis.
