Clinical Donation Associate

The Clinical Donation Associate responds on-site to organ donation referrals within a designated service area, performing initial suitability screenings and managing relationships with ICU physicians and nurses. This role involves coordinating donation huddles, evaluating patients for organ and tissue donation suitability, and communicating donation plans to hospital and OPO staff. The position requires a 40-hour work week with three shifts per week and participation in mandatory bimonthly meetings.
