Clinical Educator I

The Clinical Educator I supports the mission of We Are Sharing Hope SC by leading clinical staff development activities and ensuring staff competency through training and mentoring. This role involves collaborating with leadership to create and implement professional development programs, conduct on-the-job training, and facilitate case debriefings. The position also focuses on maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and supporting ongoing clinical staff growth.
