Clinical Educator - ICU/SWAT

The Clinical Educator provides education support for service line staff, delivering service-line specific professional development under the supervision of the Director of Professional Development & Practice. They ensure effective and efficient implementation of educational processes at the unit level and assist with centralized components of education in collaboration with the Professional Development Specialist/Coordinator. The role focuses on leading organizational change, orientation, competence assessment, preceptor development, required training, patient education, student affiliations, and fostering evidence-based practice.
