Clinical Educator II

The Clinical Educator II is responsible for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based professional development activities to meet the educational needs of administration, staff, and patients. The role utilizes emerging technology to facilitate learning and learner development across various settings and roles. This position focuses on creating an environment that promotes critical thinking, socialization, and continuous improvement in the educator role. The incumbent also functions as a change agent and leader, engaging in scholarship and participating in professional organizations to advance healthcare education and practice.
