The Clinical Educator is a full-time, onsite member of the Mass General Brigham Medical Group Education and Training Team supporting the MetroWest region and ~30 ambulatory practices. The role serves as a system resource to standardize training and support clinical staff across primary care and specialty settings, promoting high-quality ambulatory care delivery. This position reports into the Medical Group and partners with multidisciplinary teams to advance education and professional development.
