This is a split-role position in surgical services combining a Clinical Educator and Staff RN. The role supports unit-level clinical education and development while also providing direct nursing care on the surgical unit. It is a .6 FTE Clinical Educator and .2-.4 FTE Staff RN reporting to system and local nurse leadership.
