About this role

The Clinical Engineering Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of clinical engineering operations, including corrective and preventive maintenance, projects, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across multiple hospital sites. This role serves as the primary liaison between hospital leadership, staff, vendors, and the broader health system, managing staff, service contracts, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day operations of biomedical and imaging staff
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for clinical equipment
Develop and monitor budgets, SLAs, and KPI metrics
Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, and service performance
Lead equipment selection, acquisition, testing, and staff training initiatives
