The Clinical Ethicist is a member of WellStar's Ethics Program responsible for providing clinical ethics consultation, education, and policy development across the health system. The role supports bedside ethics rounding, contributes to ethics programming and research, and documents consults in the medical record and system databases. The position reports to Ethics Program leadership and helps integrate ethical analysis into clinical and organizational decision-making.
