The position involves proactive rounding with physician leaders to resolve imaging software challenges and managing local ticket queues to ensure prompt issue resolution within strict service level agreements. Additionally, the specialist coordinates equipment onboarding, worklist configurations, and workstation maintenance with field service and biomedical teams.
