Clinical Informaticist

The Clinical Informaticist applies informatics principles to enhance patient care, support clinical education, and advance the effective use of clinical information systems across the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. This role provides leadership throughout the full lifecycle of clinical information systems, serving as a liaison between clinicians, operational leaders, and IT professionals to facilitate shared understanding of clinical standards and workflows. The position promotes the effective adoption and optimization of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring alignment with clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
