Provides foundational support for multi-user clinical operating systems and associated hardware and software, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and basic training. Works to ensure effective and optimal use of clinical applications by applying developing clinical knowledge and translating end user needs into appropriate system configuration. Acts as a liaison between clinical departments and IT to support safe, efficient delivery of care.
