About this role

Serves as a liaison between assigned departments, facilities, providers and Information Technology (IT) staff to facilitate optimal use of applications. Demonstrates a clinical background with a special pharmaceutical interest and expertise in use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and other technology specific to that enhances clinical practice.

Responsibilities

Assist assigned departments with utilization of EMR and associated pharmaceutical or clinical technology
Provide individual and classroom training for EMR and associated technology
Investigate and resolve application and workflow issues
Develop plans for achieving identified outcomes
Communicate project progress and outcomes to operational leadership

Skills

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
