Clinical Informatics Pharmacist

This role serves as the primary liaison between Pharmacy, Epic, vendor partners, and clinical stakeholders to ensure pharmacy applications support operational and clinical needs. Responsibilities include leading the design and optimization of pharmacy clinical applications, overseeing the development of order sets and chemotherapy protocols, and managing accreditation efforts such as URAC and Joint Commission. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple states.
