Clinical Intern

Rite of Passage is seeking Clinical Interns enrolled in Master of Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related graduate counseling programs to work at their Arkansas juvenile treatment facilities. The role involves gaining practical clinical experience by working with court-involved youth under clinical supervision, participating in therapeutic groups, and assisting with individualized treatment plans. Interns will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support youth with trauma histories, emotional regulation difficulties, and other mental health needs. This internship offers an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world clinical practice while developing professional skills in social work, counseling, and behavioral health.
