About this role

Overlake Medical Center is seeking a part‑time Clinical Lab Assistant to perform specimen collection, phlebotomy, and point‑of‑care testing. The role works 10‑hour shifts on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule, Thursday through Wednesday, and requires Washington State phlebotomy certification and high school education. Preference is given to candidates with hospital experience and customer service background.

Responsibilities

Collect venous and fingerstick specimens
Process and label collected specimens
Perform point of care diagnostic tests
Provide customer service to patients and staff
Ensure compliance with phlebotomy certification standards
