Clinical Lab Scientist

The Clinical Lab Scientist performs waived, moderate, and highly complex laboratory tests in accordance with CLIA regulations and facility protocols. This per diem evening role requires independent judgment in various disciplines including Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Microbiology, while ensuring quality control and accurate patient result reporting. The position may also involve instrument maintenance, proficiency testing, and acting as Lead Tech in the absence of supervision.
