Clinical Laboratory Assistant

The Clinical Laboratory Assistant at ThedaCare performs pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic processes, including specimen collection from inpatients, outpatients, and the emergency department. The role involves supporting patient testing through waived tests and analyzer operations while adhering to strict safety and identification protocols. Candidates will also assist with inventory management, computer data entry, and may provide training to new team members.
