Clinical Laboratory Scientist

This role provides leadership, technical support, and expertise for various laboratory staff, including Medical Technologists, Technicians, and Phlebotomists. The position is responsible for orientation training, compliance education, safety training, and competency assessments while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The incumbent monitors quality control logs, assists with new instrumentation validations, and maintains compliance with regulatory bodies such as CAP and CLIA.
