Clinical Laboratory Scientist

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist performs and maintains high complexity, high throughput laboratory testing on blood donor specimens, interpreting and reporting results while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices. The role involves conducting quality control and assurance procedures, participating in regulatory inspections, and providing technical support to center operations. This position requires adherence to standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean, organized laboratory environment to minimize contamination.
