Clinical Liaison, PRN

The Clinical Liaison serves as the primary relationship manager between the hospital and referral sources, helping patients access acute rehabilitation services while supporting census growth. This role builds and maintains strong partnerships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, payors, and community providers to facilitate smooth patient transitions and ensure timely admission decisions. The position combines clinical expertise, relationship building, and community outreach to promote awareness of the hospital's rehabilitation programs throughout the community.
