Clinical Liaison

The Clinical Liaison serves as the primary point of contact and relationship builder between the inpatient rehabilitation hospital and potential referral sources, including acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and case managers. The role involves educating the community on rehabilitation services, identifying appropriate patients for transfer, and facilitating a smooth admission process. This position requires building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and conducting pre-admission assessments to determine patient suitability for inpatient rehabilitation.
