Clinical Liaison

The Clinical Liaison conducts patient assessments to identify appropriate candidates for admission into the long-term acute care system and manages the referral and admissions process. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, designing marketing strategies, and acting as a liaison between patients, families, and the hospital. The position requires daily travel to assigned accounts and territories to generate leads and expand the hospital's referral network.
