Clinical Liaison

The Clinical Liaison coordinates between internal and external referral sources and acute inpatient rehabilitation operations to ensure appropriate patient placement. This role involves establishing relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources while collaborating with hospital Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director. The position ensures a responsive and smooth referral and admission process through clinical screenings and assessments.
