The Clinical Manager, Medicare & Formulary Operations leads the development and ongoing optimization of Medicare-focused formulary strategies and commercial formulary operations. This role bridges clinical, regulatory, and business objectives to ensure Medicare Part D compliance, support Pharmacy & Therapeutics governance, and advance Rightway’s formulary offerings. The manager partners cross-functionally with product, data, and commercial teams to improve member experience and support strategic initiatives.
