About this role

The Clinical Manager, NICU/Paediatrics leads the operational, clinical, quality, financial, and strategic direction of Neonatal Intensive Care, Inpatient Paediatrics, and Ambulatory Children's Services at Southlake Regional Health Centre. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-informed, patient- and family-centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The position involves fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while managing staff, resources, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and operational leadership for NICU and paediatric services
Manage staffing, budget planning, and resource allocation for assigned programs
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
