Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight for La Casa Norte's Behavioral Health and supportive service programs, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive mental health services. This role involves direct supervision of pre-licensed clinicians and staff, managing clinical workflows, and maintaining compliance with Illinois law and professional standards. The position also includes carrying a caseload of youth clients, conducting assessments and therapy, and contributing to program development and quality assurance initiatives.
