About this role
A Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse provides individualized, holistic, person-centered nursing care and coordinates patient care within a multi-disciplinary health team. The role applies scientifically based nursing theories and processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients, families and the community. The incumbent also contributes to clinical governance, staff education and the adoption of electronic patient records.
