Clinical Nurse (RN) - PCU

The Registered Nurse coordinates interdisciplinary patient care by providing safe, therapeutic, and holistic support to patients and families across the continuum of care. This role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring practice improvements through lifelong learning, and serving as a resource and mentor within the unit. The position requires demonstrating leadership in decision-making while addressing the psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients. The nurse practices within the boundaries of the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies to deliver high-quality care.
