Clinical Nurse

This role focuses on providing professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs. The position plans, organizes, and oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of a designated unit or program, ensuring patient care aligns with the hospital's mission and vision. The individual supervises and evaluates nursing and support personnel, participates in selection of new hires, and leads multidisciplinary teams and special projects.
