The Clinical Onboarding Associate II is responsible for managing the post-credentialing onboarding journey for therapists joining the Luna platform. The role focuses on ensuring therapists are fully activated, confident, and prepared to deliver care using Luna’s technology and workflows. It requires deep expertise in the Luna therapist app and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create a seamless onboarding experience. This position directly impacts therapist satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention.
