The Clinical Operations Manager is the country-level lead responsible for ensuring clinical trial compliance and performance in accordance with ICH/GCP, local regulations, and company standards. The role provides financial and regulatory oversight to enable timely study start-up and site readiness while aligning country activities with headquarters and cross-functional teams. It serves as a primary liaison for local stakeholders, vendors, IRBs/IECs, and regulatory authorities to support delivery of trial commitments.
