About this role
The Clinical Operations Study Country Lead (COSCL) is the country-level operational lead responsible for strategic planning, management and performance of assigned clinical trials within the Clinical Study Unit from allocation through study closure. The role owns country study timelines, budgets and ensures studies are conducted in compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines. The COSCL serves as the key local interface between global and local stakeholders to accelerate trial conduct and optimise country-level operations.
