A Community Nurse - Aged Care (Clinical Partner) role within HammondCare Home Care providing person-centred clinical support for older people living at home in the Bateman’s Bay area. This is a full-time, fixed-term (8 months) maternity leave cover embedded in a multidisciplinary community service that values HammondCare’s Christian mission and inclusive workplace.
