The Clinical Pharmacist serves as an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered pharmacotherapy services. The role integrates direct patient care, medication safety, clinical decision-making, and interprofessional collaboration to optimize outcomes for patients from birth through 21 years of age and select adult populations. The position also involves advancing care through teaching, precepting, quality improvement, and professional scholarship.
