Clinical Pharmacist

This role provides specialized integrated clinical pharmacy services and leadership in evidence-based medication use to optimize patient outcomes. The position involves evaluating and modifying patient pharmacotherapy, managing drug regimens, and participating in clinical practice guidelines and cost-effective therapy development. The pharmacist also serves as a resource for complex drug information, mentors pharmacy staff and students, and contributes to research and quality improvement initiatives.
