The Clinical Pharmacist performs ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and manages referred patients' medication therapy while communicating with patients and other pharmacists. The role requires covering any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed and contributing to the education of pharmacy residents, students, and medical students. This position is a full-time, days shift role based in Toledo.
