Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist oversees daily operations and decision-making for Part D Coverage Determinations and manages all aspects of formulary maintenance. This role involves collaborating with prescribers to promote cost-effective prescribing, reviewing drug utilization data, and supporting the development of the Health Plan’s Medicare Prescription Drug Program. The position requires ensuring compliance with Medicare Part D regulations and contributing to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities.
