Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist conducts clinical reviews of prior authorization requests to ensure evidence-based, compliant determinations aligned with clinical criteria. This role supports timely patient access to appropriate therapies while maintaining high standards of documentation, communication, and quality assurance. The position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy with an active US pharmacist license and at least two years of experience in a PBM or health plan.
