Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist oversees the supervisory, distributive, and clinical functions of the Pharmacy, including reviewing physician orders, monitoring patient medication profiles, and conducting daily rounds on assigned nursing units. The role involves providing accurate drug information, recommendations, and interventions to healthcare professionals and patients, while assisting the Director of Pharmacy in maximizing department performance. The position also requires conducting and presenting assigned projects to committees and completing duties delegated by pharmacy leadership.
