Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist works under the supervision of the Director and Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to optimize patient drug regimens and maintain medication records. This role involves performing drug regimen reviews, identifying adverse drug events, and providing patient education and drug in-services.
