About this role
Provides pharmaceutical care for patients within a specialty clinical area and serves as a subject-matter expert supporting medication therapy optimization. Participates in interdisciplinary rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring, and development of protocols, order sets, and medication use evaluations. Supports professional development by precepting pharmacists, interns, students and residents and contributing to residency research and educational activities.
