Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Stem Cell Transplantation)

A specialized clinical pharmacist at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital providing expert pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients undergoing autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies. The role focuses on optimizing complex medication regimens, preventing and managing drug-related complications, and supporting patient safety, quality improvement, and education across inpatient, outpatient, and transitional care settings. The pharmacist is an integral member of the multidisciplinary Stem Cell Transplant team collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and coordinators throughout the transplant continuum.
